UPDATE 1/19/2016 significant

Some years after I formulated/proposed some of the significant and new things about St Patrick and Bishop Broin about Bishop(Broin) and Mac Reim especially with regard to the "Bruen"name (as Breen) in West Meath a Professor at OXFORD University published a Book "Early Christian Ireland"(Cambridge? University Press)where in he presented the same view.And in fact went beyond where I did with no reservation where as I was concerned over being criticized for to much speculation.
I HIGHLY recommend the book to you (surprise!)
No change in what I presented but provides some further soft support.
He does however elevate Bron to a position of St Patrick's main man in Connaught.
